As we all know Mitchel was recently caught drinking and driving under age. It has now been reported that he faces 6 months in prison and a $1,000 fine. He is due back in court on Nov. 11. This is why drugs and alcohol are so bad. We do feel sad for him but it was his own fault. Never saw this coming from a Hannah Montana star.
